I feel a calling from God to write. I am trying to discern what he wants me to write about.
Thoughts are coming to me just now…
*Spiritual dryness or, living in the valley?
*Feeling as if you are drowning under the weight of circumstances?
*Depression and anxiety? The clichés don’t work.
*Living with chronic illness and living in faith?
*Joy, encouragement, and hope?
*Times when you pray and you feel as if your prayers are bouncing off walls?
*Struggling with trust.
*Negative thinking and self-loathing.
*Strength in battles.
*Who we are in Christ.
I tend to write from my personal experiences. I also like to write about things I have learnt from God and the Bible in order to teach. So, there are different styles of writing here. Which one is the best?
Am I good enough to be a writer? The thought is a bit daunting.
I want to do what God desires. I feel led to write and being a house of prayer. I want to write so others can be ministered to, be blessed, and feel as if they are not alone.
To be honest, I am scared. I just want to be faithful. I pray God will give me the words he desires me to say and he will be glorified in the process. Amen.
I’ll close with a quite poem I wrote a while back called Words…
Words last for
Before you share a word
How would you feel
If those words
Were spoken to you?
Share words to others
As you would
Want them to be shared with you.
